What do we do?
As a distribution network operator, CE Electric is responsible for the safe, secure and cost-effective delivery of electricity to its customers.
To do this, we:
· Invest around £220 million a year to improve and develop our network.
· Provide customers with new connections to the network. These can range from moving a single domestic supply to providing connections for new housing or commercial developments.
· Maintain our network to a high standard.
Unfortunately, interruptions to your supply may occur for a number of reasons. Our aim is to restore your supply as quickly as possible. To do this, we:
· Aim to provide a high level of customer service through our unified call centre and direct contact with our customers.
· Continue to innovate to reduce the number of those affected and the duration of the interruption as fast as possible.
